Drew looked at my house then explained the process and laid out the way everything would go. He was exactly correct except for one thing! I got even MORE amazing offers and for more $$$ than we expected!
Do yourself a favor and call them if your thinking of selling, You’ll be so happy you did! I wouldn’t trust something as complicated and important with anyone else!

Need a Realtor? Nick Rudat is your guy! The best in the business hands down! We were very picky and demanding clients! Most would have been discouraged and given up on us. Not him! He stood by us every step of the way. Guiding us through a very tricky and volatile home buying market. Without his knowledge, persistence and perseverance we would have never found our home!
